For cultural projects, team coaching and scans<\/strong> I always start with a no-obligation intake interview. We will see if there is a click and discuss what I will do. If the assignment requires it, I talk to more people. I then develop a proposal and quotation based on what was discussed in the intake(s). This is also completely without obligation and free of charge.<\/p>\n

With coaching<\/strong> I always start with a free ‘chemistry session’, in which we often gain beautiful insights. If we then decide to work together, the Transformation Package consists of 1 meeting of 90 minutes and 5 of 45-60 minutes within a period of 3 months. The sessions can take place live, by phone or via zoom, whatever works for you. I also do walking coaching, which involves double sessions. Between sessions there is the option for unlimited contact via WhatsApp and email. The cost of this package is \u20ac1,150 excl. VAT. This package is intended for private customers. I would be happy to discuss business or other processes with you personally. I have also structurally made time for a number of pro-bono coaching processes. Let me know if you would like to be considered for this.<\/p>\n

Mediation<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0is on an hourly basis. The hourly rate is \u20ac185 excl. VAT.
The process and costs are recorded in a mediation agreement prior to the start of the mediation.<\/p>\n

When a business relationship unilaterally canceled existing agreements, this led to an immediate conflict situation and also to logistical problems. Petra first spoke to both parties separately. Based on this and by digging deeper, creative solutions emerged. Petra then organized a meeting with both parties. In this session a solution was jointly chosen and the sting was removed from the personal conflict.<\/p>\n
